Active English for the primary school is a series of twelve books for learners of English from kindergarten to class 5. This edition, while retaining the carefully graded and structured content of the original series, is more child-friendly with it’s attractive new design, layout and illustrations.
• Provides a firm foundation to the structures of the English language
Presents adequate, extensive and graded exercises in both the Coursebook and the Workbook
• Promotes vocabulary learning, which is incremental, with usage of new words
being taught through real life situations
• Uses both the phonic and the ‘look and say’ approach to teaching reading
Includes ‘built-in’ revision exercises, strategically placed, which make for continuous assessment
